Own it for less
One material family. No lifetime of stacked replacements.
A hemp-based building system for coastal work — built to cost less over time, stand up to weather, and get back in service fast after an event.
Chapter 0 · The Paradigm
Most buildings fail as assemblies — five products, five trades, five insurance events.
Conventional envelopes are a sandwich: sheathing, insulation, wraps, and finishes stacked by different crews. Phyto-Board is the opposite premise — one reactive chemistry, graded by density, packed into a binder-coated timber skeleton so floor, wall, and ceiling — one chemistry, one family of hemp-based products. OSB4 is how the market keeps score; we take share by retiring the sandwich, not by joining the wall.
Chapter I · The Pillars
One material family. No lifetime of stacked replacements.
Mass and continuity cut the energy to heat, cool, and keep dry.
Repair is pack-and-recast in the same binder.
Designed for wind, impact, and fire. Time-to-use is cure, not rebuild.
Hemp first. Open technology. A certified system — not corporate lock-in.
Chapter · The Pathway
Crawl
We have a baseline formulation — validated through internal testing and work experience with the chemistry and build process.
Walk
We are evaluating regional materials so they can be qualified against a global building reference (Americhanvre as the comparison standard).
Prove
We will be testing to ASTM standards as a system, against our FMEA-guided IP testing procedures. We use ISO 9001 guidelines for tracking and DOE experiments to produce useful results.
Three Densities · One Chemistry
HD armor, MD face, LT infill react around a binder-coated timber skeleton. One chemistry. One family of hemp-based products.
8′ × 16′ field kit · Precut frame. Pretreated hurd. Measured binder. Add water. Pack. It cures to one shelter.

Fire path — E84 then UL 263 under load
Debris impact without interior spall
Water-soak target on the exterior armor
We generate data against OSB4-class benchmarks because that is where code and insurers already keep score. The product on the scoreboard is the whole envelope.
Portable monolithic hemp-geopolymer shelter — timber skeleton, reactive infill, HD/MD skins. Ships as a shell.

For NGOs, disaster relief, and rebuild programs. Add water. Pack. It cures to one shelter.

Chapter IV · The Studio
Phyto-Board is led by a polymer scientist whose career runs through coatings chemistry and wood-panel manufacturing — PPG, Sherwin-Williams, Valspar, Willamette Valley. That bench is the foundation of the hemp-mineral binder.

Resort and coastal rebuild programs, kit deployments, and manufacturing licenses. Request the corporate book or a kit brief — commercial packets stay on this track.
